Our dedicated team mix fun and fitness seamlessly. Our coaches brings a wealth of experience, passion and laughter to the table. At Thrive, we strive to see you flourishing both in and out of the gym. Let's make every workout a celebration of what you can do!

Sariet

With over 10 years of experience working on the gym floor, Sariet loves nothing more than sharing her passion and enthusiasm with our members. She lives by “Commitment, Community & Gratitude” and tries to install these values with everyone, both inside and outside of our gym’s walls.

Her favourite type of workout includes Handstand Push-ups and a Barbell and delights in seeing members getting upside down for the first time.

If you cant find Sariet at the gym, you can find her either running after her 2 daughters or cooking to feed a nation!

Sophie

Following a major career change and 4 years on the gym floor, Sophie has a real love and passion for coaching. She loves nothing more then seeing members excel in the gym.

If she had to choose one movement to do at the gym for the rest of her life it would be the Clean & Jerk because “there is nothing cooler than picking something up and putting it above your head!”.

When Soph isn’t at the gym she can be found outside walking her charismatic Cavapoo Henry, or thinking about food… probably pizza.

She cant wait to see you on the THRIVE dance floor.

Milena

Milena has always enjoyed being active and testing her body’s limits. She has used her fitness to overcome many challenges in life, which further highlighted the importance of having both a healthy body & mind to support her in life. It became her mission to empower all those around her, helping her clients gain confidence to tackle whatever life throws at them.

Milena loves anything that involves a Squat and is constantly chasing a new personal best.

You can also find Milena outside of the gym testing her fitness on the football pitch.

Kat

Kat has over 7 years of coaching experience under her belt, including Biomechanics and Mobility. Her main goal is to help people live well and move pain free.

She loves any workout that involves throwing a sandbag or lifting a heavy barbell.

When not on the gym floor, Kat spends her free time bouldering or hiking up a mountain in the Lake District.
